Shipping:

Once your order is received, it will be dispatched within 24 hours. Depending on your location, orders may take 3-5 days to deliver.

All parcels/packages are delivered by renowned 3rd party Courier services. Shipping costs are estimated by the size and weight of your entire order and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. 

Thedentaldealer.com will make every effort to deliver your purchase according to the estimated delivery times however, we do not guarantee in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that we will deliver within this time frame.

We will deliver your products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation unless other special arrangements are made and agreed to by us.

All items will be delivered by a receipted delivery which will require a signature from you confirming receipt of these goods.

Thedentaldealer.com provide freight free delivery* for orders over INR 2500. (Only applicable in India*)

Thedentaldealer.com will provide freight free delivery for orders over the specified amount but are only applicable per delivery address.

Thedentaldealer.com reserves the right to make changes to the freight-free policy without notice.

 

1. Our team conducts regular follow ups of the shipments with the logistic team and shipment partners. In case of any delay, you may raise it with our support team through an email or call. Certain products are procured based on orders placed by you. In such cases, we try and split the shipment with a clear communication about which products and how many quantities are being shipped out to you. The invoice attached to the shipment will carry only those product details. 

In case the invoice and shipment does not match, please raise it to our support team immediately. You can share a photo of an invoice and the shipment by mail to [email protected]

2. In a situation where the shipment looks damaged, or the product is damaged, please reject the shipment and inform our Support team about the same by mailing the details to [email protected] along with a snapshot of the damaged shipment/product. Our Support team will reach out to you to pick up the damaged products and to send across a replacement shipment to you

International Shipping

Shipping amount paid by the customer is calculated considering the following parameters: 

 

·       The country in which the parcel has be delivered

·       On the basis of the volumetric weight (LxBxH) of the parcel divided by the per kg rate provided by the courier company.

·       The dead weight of the parcel

 

thedentaldealer is not liable for any custom clearance charges and the same has been mentioned on the website itself. We pay the export taxes and shipping charges only. Customer can be held accountable for the intake of those charges by the courier company. If you do not wish to pay the clearance charges at the destination customs  , your order will be returned back to us and refund will be processed after deducting the forward, reverse shipping and other processing charges.
