Returns and Refunds Policy

Return & Replacement Policy:

Returns and replacements are accepted within 15 days from the delivery of items. 

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

-Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

-Has missing parts or accessories

-Is different from what was ordered

-Is different from its description on the product detail page on thedentaldealer.com


1. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.

2. In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

3. Returned items are subject to inspection. Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale. In case of return of any item the amount will be adjusted in the next order. Any Product that is damaged in transit and is rejected by you without accepting delivery from the courier is eligible for a 100% refund of the sale price of the Product.

4. Due to health, hygienic and safety reasons, Products which relate to personal hygiene and self-care cannot be returned. Products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned because they are single use items. No hygiene Product can be returned if the package has been opened.

5. Thedentaldealer may charge a cancellation or return fee to facilitate the return shipping process.


International orders: The refund will not include the shipment charges. In addition, any customs duty levied on the products will be deducted. Only the price of the product will be refunded in case of a return.
